FAULTY RETURNS POLICY

If the wall-art is faulty, defected, incorrect frame material or sizing from your order, PeekArts will provide a replacement of your original order provided the wall-art is returned within 21 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Fret not, the cost of transportation of the parcel is borne by PeekArts.



Returns Process

  1. Drop us an e-mail at peekartsofficial@gmail.com.
  2. Include a picture of the defected part of the wall-art.
  3. Attach the proof of purchase (E-Receipt).
  4. Adress your wall-art package to:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE RETURNS POLICY

For the purchases you have made and you are not satisfied with the wall-art or the wall-art doesn’t fit the way you would like, PeekArts will accept this returns and provide full refund provided they meet the following guidelines:

  1. Return in good condition
  2. Wall-art must be wrapped with protective bubble wrap provided
  3. Return within 21 days of purchase
  4. Return with proof of purchase

*Exchange for other wall-art is not provided.

*Postage must be bear by the buyer for the returns.
